We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. BikeSkatt is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been installed, damaged, or returned after the 10-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
